Cancelation Policy
Out of respect for my business and for wait-listed clients, we honor a firm 48 hour cancellation policy. Please understand, when I reserve time especially for you, we are turning away other clients to keep your time slot secured. Violators of this policy are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. New Guests who no-show will not be able to reschedule their appointment.
Late Arrival
If you are running late please text 540-889-3084 If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, however out of respect for our guests with scheduled appointments and the schedule of your stylist, We can not guarantee the full service scheduled will be performed. The full price of the originally scheduled appointment will still be charged.
Service Guarantee
We always strive for you to have the hair of your dreams. However if you need minor tweaks based one our original consultation, like a tone adjustment, bang trim, root shadow, etc, Please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to "tweak".
Services are not refundable.
Total redos are only offered if a true technical error has been made. This is extremely rare. If this happens we will either, fix it right away or schedule an appointment as soon as possible.
If the end result of your service is what we agreed upon during your consultation and for some reason you are still unsatisfied, then a new appointment will have to be scheduled and new charges will be applied.
Product Guarantee
We know you will love Bent Hair + Co! But, if you are not jiving with a certain product please let us know with in 7 days and we are happy to exchange for another. We are confident we can find one that suits your needs. We do not offer returns on product.
Children and Pet Policy
We all want to be surrounded by the people and pets that we love, however we would love for you to be as relaxed as possible. Unless your child is receiving a service please make other arrangements for your little one. Please don't bring any pets into the salon unless they are approved service animals.
